Hello, my name is Jeremy 'Barty' Boot, I started this brand in my garage in Santa Cruz, California back in 1998, and only wanted it to be a locals only/underground kind of brand, where I could print up t-shirts and make some extra cash for the weekends, but it kind of got out of hand due to high demand, and I ended up making skateboards, clothing, and even surfboards (through a shaper in So-cal) ...I never did have enough cash flow to do all this, and could not keep it all going.
